in connection with the fact that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data will apply from 25 May 2018. repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter also referred to as: GDPR, we hereby provide information regarding your personal data that we process.

I. PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR
The administrator of your personal data (also referred to as the Administrator) is the Polish Association of Meat Cattle Producers

II. INFORMATION ABOUT OBTAINING DATA
We received your personal data processed by us voluntarily when creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, entering an entry on our website or in connection with other activities carried out by you on our website (e.g. purchase of goods).

III. OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Your personal data in the form of name, email address, telephone number, IP address, ordering address and delivery, we can process:

on the basis of a separate consent, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. and the GDPR, in order to:
a) enabling you to take full advantage of all the possibilities of our website through a registered account,
b) enabling you to contact our store using the form
contact or other form of contact available on our website, c) servicing the newsletter,
d) entries regarding the goods offered (e.g. product reviews)
based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject or performance of the contract to which the person is a party,
based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. c GDPR to comply with the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.
IV. DATA RECIPIENTS
We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of entities: accounting companies, courier companies and companies operating the electronic payment system. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract concluded with us and only in accordance with our instructions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

V. PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE
Personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:
a) after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling),
b) secure or pursue any claims due to the Administrator,
c) fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligation (resulting e.g. from tax or accounting regulations).
Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its revocation.
VI. THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON WHO THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONCERNS
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, the right to rectify (correct) your data, the right to delete data (if you think there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete them), the right to limit data processing (you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of activities agreed with you, if you think we have incorrect data on you / Your subject or we process them unreasonably), the right to object to data processing, the right to transfer data, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time; withdrawal from mating does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal).
