A graduate of the University of Gdańsk at the Faculty of Social Sciences, majoring in political science, agro-food technologist. From the beginning of his professional career associated with the meat industry and gastronomy. He has been working in the Polish Butchers and Cured Meat Association since 2006, initially as the general director and since 2009 as the president of the board. He is also a member of the Board of the Food Economy Federation. For three years he was the vice-chairman of the Food Economy Council and one term member of the Management Committee of the Poultry Meat Promotion Fund. He was awarded the Jan Kiliński Silver Medal for services to Polish craftsmanship, the Badge of Merit for Agriculture and the Honorary Badge of the Member of the Guild of Butchers and Cured Meat Makers of Lodz.
